Community Tip

Help Keep Our Community Clean! Our neighbors appreciate our clean yards, streets, and lakes in our community. With fall creeping right around the corner, it's time to look forward to leaf season again.

Your efforts in maintaining our community during the leaf season is greatly appreciated. Please respect the following guidelines:

* Please follow the city guidelines on burning leaves, burning leaves only on allowed days.

* Please do not blow leaves into the street or lake. These leaves grow mold and other allergens, as well as interrupt water drainage and cause an eyesore in our neighborhood. These leaves often redistribute themselves back in our yards as well.

The association welcomes you to dump your leaves (no bags please) over the dams on either lake (behind the clearing on Gamlin or off Weslake Drive). You can also subscribe to a lawn refuse service from our trash carriers. Midwest Waste provides lawn bag pickup service on Fridays of each week. You can call your provider to sign up for this (paid) service.
